Tofino

This year for our family trip we headed up to Tofino on Vancouver Island for fishing and relaxation.  This was our cute cabin in the woods at Long Beach Lodge.

We hiked to the point to wait for the sun to set...and so did all the bugs.

We decided to tough it out.  Brady wasn't too concerned.

Josh was concerned.

We abandoned our post and head back to the lodge before sunset, but still got some nice shots on the way back.

We decided to head home early.

We had one bear sighting on this trip, but I  didn't have my camera out.  We were told that around seventy bears live in the Long Beach area, along with wolves and cougars.  I was hoping to see more critters but maybe next time.
